Eurotender Association

Eurotender Association is well-positioned to participate in this cross-border initiative due to its deep-rooted experience in managing EU-funded projects and collaborations with regional institutions, including those focusing on cultural heritage and community development.

Our organization has a robust track record in handling complex projects within the ERASMUS+ programme, that together engaged hundreds of young people, and the KA2 project titled 'Non-formal education and e-learning for inclusion – NEELI' with international participants. Our ability to coordinate and execute these multifaceted projects makes us adept at handling the proposed initiative involving research, strategy development, educational content creation, and digital tool development.

The Palmculture project, wherein we systematically collected and shared the historical cultural heritage of Szeged and Novi Sad, exhibits our capacity in the field of heritage preservation and promotion. The methodology applied in the palmculture project - comprehensive fieldwork, research, and the creation of a database - aligns with the requirements of the current project, which involves researching and showcasing historical castles and fortresses.

Our Wscroute project, aimed at creating a tourism route highlighting women's cultural heritage, reflects our experience in enhancing regional identity and integrating cultural heritage into tourism strategies. This is directly relevant to the present project's goal of leveraging shared heritage for tourism development.

Our personnel's expertise adds further credibility. Our Chairman, Zsolt Péter Függ, has over 15 years of experience in managing EU-funded projects, including projects relating to cultural heritage and community development. Zsanett Függ bring in valuable skills in community leadership, non-formal learning, intercultural learning, and project coordination, all relevant to the effective implementation of the proposed project.

Eurotender Association is equipped to handle both the direct project management and financial management of this project. We will apply our established procedures and expertise gained from successfully managing various EU-funded projects in the past, including several Hungary-Serbia Interreg projects.

Direct Project Management: Our experienced team, led by Zsolt Péter Függ and Zsanett Függ, will manage the project directly. We believe in the benefits of internal project management due to the in-depth understanding and ownership it offers, as well as the capability to swiftly adapt to changes. We will handle the project’s lifecycle: from planning, coordinating and implementing activities to monitoring the progress and making necessary adjustments. Regular team meetings will ensure that all members are informed about the project's status and challenges.

Financial Management: Zsolt Péter Függ, who has over 15 years of experience in managing the financial aspects of EU funded projects, will oversee the financial management. This will include budget planning, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting, ensuring transparency and adherence to EU funding regulations. Regular financial reviews will be conducted to ensure that the project remains within the budget and to prevent any financial irregularities.

Communication activities: Our team has extensive experience in planning and implementing communication activities. This includes publicity materials, press releases, social media campaigns, and public events.

While we believe in the effectiveness of internal management, we also acknowledge the importance of external expertise where needed. Therefore, we will engage external experts for specific tasks (procurement procedures, communication expert), as this will enrich the project with their specialized knowledge and skills.

Cinema Film workshop Association

While the association's direct involvement in cross-border projects is yet to be realized, its portfolio proudly showcases a series of successful endeavours at the local and national levels. These past projects, funded by respected institutions like the Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina - Provincial Secretariat for Economy, Employment, and Gender Equality, Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans, and Social Affairs, and Media Council - Hungarian Media Patronage Programme, have centred on fostering intercultural cooperation and creating captivating audio-visual content, including films and series. Building upon these achievements, the association now eagerly anticipates delving into new cross-border collaborations and expanding its horizons in the realm of cultural, tourism, and media initiatives.

Cinema Film workshop Association is a natural fit for this cross-border initiative, having a two decade long expertise in orchestrating remarkable filming projects and fostering harmonious intercultural partnerships. Their successful collaborations, particularly in the domains of audio-visual cultural heritage and tourism, have positioned them as a reliable and esteemed contributor to such endeavors. With a strong foundation built on creativity, enthusiasm, and professionalism, the association stands ready to embark on this exciting journey of cross-border cooperation and make a meaningful impact in preserving and promoting the region's cultural legacy.

The team members' knowledge adds further reliability. The president of the association, Attila Ivan, has over 20 years of experience in creative, film-related projects, including endeavours focused on cultural heritage, tourism, and intercultural cooperation. The other individuals involved in the project share similar convictions and are dedicated to achieving our common goals.

Cinema, as a non-governmental organization, has cultivated a strong and reputable capacity in project implementation within the realms of media, information dissemination, and the promotion of interculturalism. With its well-equipped office facilities, in-house film production studio, ample storage space, and a wide range of professional and computer equipment, Cinema is well-prepared to handle project management, financial management, and communication activities.

The association boasts a diverse and talented team of members and enthusiasts who are engaged in various media and tourism projects. This significant track record, combined with its extensive two-decade-long experience in creating captivating audio-visual content, makes Cinema an ideal partner for the current project.

Since its establishment in 2002, Cinema has been based in Kanjiža and has thrived in the domains of media, culture, and television. Its achievements include organizing feature film festivals, collaborating on domestic and international film productions, producing documentaries, short and full-length films, and working closely with organizations dedicated to the advancement of film art.

For the current project, Cinema is ready to take on the role of project management. With its skilled and dedicated team, well-equipped infrastructure, and deep passion for promoting cultural heritage and tourism, Cinema is poised to execute the project with precision and professionalism. However, we also value the significance of external expertise when specific tasks require specialized knowledge and skills. Therefore, we plan to engage external experts for certain aspects of the project, such as procurement procedures and communication expertise. This strategic approach will enrich the project, bringing in valuable insights and capabilities from experts in their respective fields. By combining internal management strengths with external support, we aim to ensure a well-rounded and successful project outcome
